Glendon Custom Homes is a family-run building company specialising in custom new builds & extensions. Fully registered & insured, we can manage your new home, extension or renovation project from start to finish. With 20+ years of experience, together with our open, honest approach & exceptional attention to detail, we will ensure you have a stress free & enjoyable experience from start to finish. Whether it be working from plans that are already finalised, or starting completely from scratch & liaising with a draftsman, your build will be seamless.

A bit about us:
We first started a carpentry business (BA & LC Carpentry) in 2005. At the time, we were supervising & providing carpentry services for a high-end builder in the Berwick area, as well as building our own home in our "spare" time.
Over the next 15+ years, we managed numerous local building projects, from multi townhouse sites in Gembrook, to private owner builder, new home builds & extensions.

We found the greatest joy in working with our private clients, as we could share in the excitement of watching their dream become a reality.
Now based in the beautiful town of Gembrook, Victoria, we have changed our business name to "Glendon", which is the name of our property and is part of the history and fabric of the Gembrook township. Glendon Custom Homes is creating it's own history in the local community and aims to service not only the Eastern Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley, but all of Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.

Years of working in the industry have taught us that the only way to build strong foundations is to choose quality materials & trades to work with. Growing up & gaining most of our building experience in the local area, we are experienced in building on sloping blocks, Bushfire Attack Level Assessment Report (BAL rating) requirements etc.
